Our Promise to You as We Navigate the Coronavirus Pandemic Together

At Friedlander & Mosher we believe that the health and safety of you and your loved ones is of the highest priority, especially during this unprecedented time of the Coronavirus.

As we navigate through this pandemic, we understand that accidents, injuries, acts of nursing home negligence, and even the wrongful death of a loved one will unfortunately occur. Please be assured that we will continue to provide you with the dedicated representation you deserve and expect from us, while taking the necessary precautions to protect you and our staff.

Our office is closely monitoring court updates from our local court systems and from around the state regarding the suspension of civil trials and court appearances. We are available to answer your questions and to help you with your legal matter when you need us, not when it is convenient. We will also be glad to help you with questions concerning estate planning, wills, health care proxies and Power of Attorneys.

At this time, in order to protect our team and protect our clients we are working remotely. As much of our work can be handled over the phone or online we are available to meet either by phone on using Skype for any questions you may have. If anyone would like assistance with setting up Skype to enable video conferences and consultations, you may call the office to schedule a time with Michael.

During this time you can reach us by phone by calling (607) 272-5590 or through email at [email protected].

Should the outbreak necessitate a complete office closure, we have plans in place to provide you with continuous service. If all must work remotely, our attorneys and staff have the tools and technology they need to be responsive to your needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines that might be established.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us during this time. Since 1948, we have served the residents of Ithaca and the surrounding communities in cases of nursing home negligence personal injury, car accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, and will continue to do so.

Wishing good health for you and your loved ones,

Bill Friedlander & Holly Mosher
